Ladies social netball is an awesome way to hang out with your girlfriends while keeping fit and staying social. It’s also a great way to meet new people.
Staying connected one night a week at the same venue makes it so easy.
There are a few ways to join a ladies team. You can join as an individual or bring a friend, a small group or a whole team of friends.
You don’t need to be an experienced player. You might have played a game or two in high school or you might be a newbie to the sport. It’s an easy sport to learn quickly.
You can’t laugh with a treadmill but you can with your friends on a netball court.
The clothing is casual – basic legging and t-shirts is all you need to wear with a bit of color coordination in the team. Best you bring a drink bottle to rehydrate across the game, too.
Costs are low – it will cost around $12-$15 per week depending on the number of players in the team.

- If you’d like to try before registering, Everyday at 12:30 PM we have what we call a ‘Fill-in-player Post’ on our Facebook page — Captains might need a player or two to complete their team on a that night.
