Games at MSN

Most valuable player awards/vouchers to hand out each game
Uniform point’s deduction – Ump responsible for adding to Scoreboard. 1 point per top.
2 points per minute a team is late to start (with a min 5 players)
Mixed Ratio: 1 male per third, min of 1 and max of 3 males.
Safety - no belongings on the side or end of the court where umpires run, gate closed
Injuries - Stop play and check they are ok.
Forfeit payments - why it happens and when you get paid.

During the Game

Announcements and Demo at the beginning – why we do them.
Working with and Supporting the other umpire - we are a team.
Coaching the teams - half/full time questions and tips. More detailed calls for beginner teams/players. 
Providing tips throughout game or encouragement when they have applied the tip you provided.
Discipline - refer rulebook, Terms and Conditions and our process.

Coordinator/Team Leader

How to use the Coordinator/Team Leader for support throughout the shift and injuries.
